This Privacy Policy explains how Pally ("the app", "we") handles your information. The short version: Pally does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
None. Pally has no accounts, no login, and no analytics or tracking. Player names you enter are kept only on your device for the duration of your game and are never transmitted to us or any third party.
Pally offers an optional microphone feature so you can speak player names instead of typing them. When you use it, audio is processed by Apple's built-in speech recognition to convert your speech to text. Pally does not record, save, or upload your audio, and we do not receive your voice data. Your use of Apple's speech recognition is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can decline microphone access and type names instead with no loss of functionality.
The app stores your preferences (such as settings and sound options) locally on your device using standard system storage. This data never leaves your device.
Pally is a party game intended for a mature audience and contains mature and suggestive themes, with occasional mild references to alcohol in some packs. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.
Aside from Apple's on-device speech recognition described above, Pally does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection services.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
